All reasonable client requests must be dealt with as soon as practically possible. All personnel at Asher Capital should endeavor to create a culture of client satisfaction. In the event of an error by Asher Capital, full disclosure must be made to the client concerned and restitution offered. Our clients must always be treated with the utmost respect. Asher Capital employees and partners must assume that the client is always right, except where client actions or words endanger the welfare or privacy of other Asher Capital clients or the reputation of our firm.
